Our winerange is composed by one White, one Rosé and six Reds, all AOP Corbières.
Our estate is a combination of limestone, clay and silica soils (no schist but sandstone).
This year, we have been harvesting from the 14th to the 30th « very hot » September. The grapes were perfectly healthy and sorted by a very selective team.
You can order in boxes of 6 bottles but for bigger orders, boxes of 6 or 12 will be available according to transport costs. Magnums (150cl) are also sold one by one. Six Terres Sienne Rouge 2009 |  Wine has been produced for millenia so why not accommodate both the best of ancient and modern vinification techniques? We are working on it! Six Terres Siennes is a mix of three grape varieties (syrah,carignan and grenache) in perfect proportion, with the syrah the most predominant. Before bottling, the wine is matured for a time in our wine cellar
The Six Terres is a gift to yourself or the wine enthusiast who values sharing and the timeless tradition of winemaking.

| Aux Temps d'Histoire Red 2011 |  The 1800's Carignan vine stocks give more volume
and silkier tannins but still rich and concentrated for
this 2011 vintage. We find again a lingering
minerality in its finish .

I'll try not to overdo it. It's ripe, concentrated, unctuous, velvety, then strong, complex and lingering. Not many spit it back.... It will last nicely in your mouth and for years in your cellar.

Tasting notes : The most "complete" of our wines with its aromatic complexity and harmonious balance, it has a round mellow bouquet and soft velvety taste. Spices and liquorice dominate in the mouth
but the grape gives the whole a rich lushness. The tannins give a silky, polished feel.
This wine will be at its peak in 3 years but whether you drink it immediately or wait six years you really can't go wrong. ...
